well its gonna warm up to the high 30s this week and 50s this weekend so some of it will melt tomarrow,
wednesday were supposed to recieve a few more inches and cold weather, this morning it was warmer with 8 on the thermometer butte montana which is about 20 miles to the east broke their record low this morning.
all the spring signs are still absent and the wind blows constantly at 20 or so miles per hour the snow drifts are blocking us in..... if you remember past threads of my weather and the pics i have it still looks about the same their are a few more dirt spots because of drifting......
so much for global warming

Lucky people in Montana . Buffalo hasn't had snow on the ground in over a month. We even hit 87 at the airports few weeks ago.

Must be quite a sight to look up at those mountains and see snow into August and beyond. Im sure summer time temps at the elevation of your home can easily get into the 90s too.

well its june tenth and the sky has broken...well for a few minutes the snow is still falling though
we currently have 4 new inches of snow and could possibly see another 13 over the next 36 hours we are in a heavy snow warning and we only got up to 35 today
i will reply after the snow stops flying and give all ya a total snow accumulation
the National Weather Service is predicting 13 inches total but i belive we may get 15 as to today we are ahead by 3 inches
last year at this time we were braking record highs
well now that spring and summer have come and gone we are now falling back into winter LOL
the current temp is 30
the picture was taken at 6:00 PM in the valley before you climb 1800 ft to my house
yes some of the trees still havent leafed out yet not many though
