Could someone point me toward the NOAA or any site with average snowfall totals? If would be even better if it was also split into inches per storm. I've been poking around NOAA but that site has a whole lot of dead ends. Thanks in advance!!!

Unfortunately there is only one list of average snow totals from NCDC, and it only contains major cities. You could also try using their GIS map to better estimate your monthly & yearly average, but it's really based on those same stations.

Snowfall Totals

I found this link to NWS Taunton, MA...it's a list of snowfall totals per storm for each winter going back to the winter of 96-97.

Is this what you are looking for???
