If you have registered and confirmed your new Forum account, but you still can't post, it's cause you missed this all-important sentence on your screen when you confirmed your account:
QUOTE Due to spammers, all accounts must be approved by an Administrator. An administrator will approve your account within a few hours, unless your account is suspected to be spam.
