Nov 11-14 MidAtl/NE Severe

The last 3 runs of the Euro have been showing the deep trough coming through the US going negative, with a secondary low forming as it moves into the NE US. Setup looks like it has to potential to be nasty for the NE in terms of severe weather. The 12z GFS has the trough going negative as well, but not as sharp and slowing down as it nears the NE.

These types of setup in the fall have produced some very substantial severe weather in the past in the NE.

Low – End Low Risk
Elevated Low risk
High End Low Risk
Low Risk severe
Medium - End Low Risk
Moderate Low Risk
Low Risk
Mod end Low Risk
Low End Slight Risk
Weak Low Risk
Slight
Mod Risk
Isolated severe & non-Severe
Medium Risk severe
Tornadogenesis Risk

Confused yet????

Any chance at some continuity with the designations? It’s next to impossible to read into any of these maps or compare for that matter.
