Hello to all of you Accuweather.com Forum members!
I am into the whole writing aspect of things. I LOVE to write! Why not write storylines for a first-ever meteorological soap opera? I've already come up with the name of the soap opera...it's called "Stormy Nights". I will be writing all of the dialogue and whatnot and I will post it under this thread. Is anybody interested in having a character in this soap opera? I promise there will be NO x-rated material in it. Maybe a few R-rated (like someone being killed by a tornado or something really dramatic meteorologically)...but that is about it. The rest I'll keep PG-13 rated at the most for the majority of the storylines. I will NOT be using any dialogue from any outside source through search engines like Google, Yahoo, AOL, MSN, etc. This will all by MY dialogue. Now, there is ONE exception with this rule. If anybody is interested in writing any of the storylines...please feel free to private message me (don't post here under this thread or any other thread on these Forums since our/my goal is to spoil a lot of people). If you are interested in doing so, you and I can consult through the PM's here on the Forums or through my e-mail at connorchown@hotmail.com I will be using your AccuWeather.com Forum account name for your character's name. If we don't have enough people interested in this, what I may decide to do is just come up with my own characters. And obviously, none of this is going to be on video... It is just going to be written in dialogue. Please let me know what you guys and gals think. If any Forum moderaters are opposed to this idea at all, please let me know. Thanks!

For all of those who have Javascript...who have some extra time...and like to read... I suggest you read the script to this play! It is HILARIOUS!!! I love it! I totally wish I could direct it for a stage play... I would totally do that.
The name of the play is A Day in the Life and it is written by Gary Diamond and Ray Lawrence. I am not going to spoil what this play is about for all of you...but I will give you at least a breaf description... Mortimer Dexter and family are reeling from the passing of his Father. But then things change drastically once the day of The Will of Mortimer's father is going to be read. Everybody in the family wants money...but does everybody get it? There are a lot of twist and turns in this play. Here is the link... Just click on this link and you will be able to read this amazing script! Have fun chuckling and laughing! Link... This is actually a good song...even though it is made by Disney. I know that many people...especially the older ones...do not like the Disney Channel (and I even know of many younger kids and teens that do not like the Disney channel), but this is really a great song. Great lyrics, great vocals, the music video is great!
You might be wondering who is singing this song? Well, it's all Disney Channel stars of course. Here is a list of the singers of this song...in order of appearance... Miley Cyrus... Hannah Montana (TV Show); Solo artist; The Last Song (Movie); Hannah Montana (Movie) Nick Jonas... Jonas Brother; Nick and the Revolution; Jonas (TV Show) Demi Lovato... Sonny With a Chance; Camp Rock; Solo artist Joe Jonas... Jonas Brother; Jonas (TV Show) Selena Gomez... Wizards of Waverly Place Kevin Jonas...Jonas Brother; Jonas (TV Show); Newly married MILEY: A word's...just a word Til you mean what you say NICK: And love...isn't love Til you give it away MILEY: We've all got a gift NICK: Yeah, something to give MILEY AND NICK: To make a change MILEY AND NICK: Chorus Send it on On and on Just one make it heal another Be a part Reach your heart With one little action The chain reaction will never stop Make it strong Shine a light and send it on DEMI: Just smile JOE: Just smile DEMI: And the world JOE: And the world DEMI & JOE: Will smile along with you JOE: That small act of love Is meant for one to become two MILEY: If we take the chances NICK: The chances of circumstances MILEY, NICK, DEMI, & JOE: Imagine all we can do if we Send it on On and on Just one make it heal another Be a part Reach a heart Just one smart start to fighter With one little action The chain reaction will never stop Make it strong Shine a light and send it on Send it on (Oh, send it on) And there is power and love On the choices we make I'm starting now There's not a moment to wait SELENA: A word's...just a word Til you mean what you say SELENA & KEVIN: And love...is a love Til you give it away MILEY, NICK, DEMI, JOE, SELENA, & KEVIN: Send it on On and on Just one make it heal another Be a part Reach a heart With one little action The chain reaction will never stop Make it strong Shine a line and send it on On and on Just one make it heal another Be a part Reach a heart Just one start With one little action The chain reaction Will never start Make is strong Shine a light and send it on DEMI: Shine a light and send it on MILEY, NICK, DEMI, JOE, SELENA, & KEVIN: Shine a light and send it on ***End of song!!! Hello everybody!
I'm sure you all know about the television show "American Idol". Well, seeing as how I absolutely LOVE to sing... I might be auditioning for it in a couple of years. I am going to college next year (I am currently a senior in high school and I am graduating in June). I am going to be attending Hesser College in Manchester, New Hampshire for Radio & TV Broadcasting (Communications). Since Hesser is only a two-year college, I will only be attending it for two years. Then, I am thinking about heading off to audition for "American Idol". I mean, that's if it is still around in 2012/2013. With the way things have been going lately (Paula quit, Simon's the next to go)... you never know what is going to happen... But nonetheless... what do you guys and gals think of this idea? I know probably none of you have heard me sing before (unless you magically appeared at one of my singing performances throughout the past few years)... but do you think it's a good idea? Thoughts, comments, suggestions, questions are greatly appreciated! Thanks! |
