Mt. Holly released this graphic today, Philadelphia's latest recorded first flake was Jan. 6th both in 1995 and 2002, and with that be tomorrow and no "flakes" in the forecast, i thought a fun little poll question was in order

Never too early to start a holiday thread...especially GFS 384 map.... tongue.gif

In all seriousness, we will be entering a pretty active period the next few weeks, due mostly to the SWJ mostly cutters...but at least it wont be boring... wink.gif

With a dam near blizzard raging offshore, this would the second near miss in a week, and looking at any long range models it doesn't look good. Big warm up to come and should be warm for at least the next two weeks, any model predicting snow here can't be trusted. I'm trying to be positive but this winter as produced alot of negatives for us here at the shore. I quote JB "billions and billions of wasted flakes over the ocean".
