Just took a drive around old Oakville, (south of QEW). Loads of big pines down. Lots of damage. Watched a lake freighter out on the lake heading towards Hamilton, really riding the waves. Clocked a 92kph gust in my backyard. Stay out of the trees everyone until this blows through.

Good evening everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts on Ike, will it be strong enough to stir the western end of Lake Ontario up early next week? I always enjoy going to Burlington and watching the waves top the sea wall when we get the remnants of fall hurricanes. |
