Caratunk Maine 04925

I have a camp in Caratunk, Maine, this place has the strangest weather you ever saw, I'm on the east side of Wyman lake, in between big hills. Last summer I was looking at the computer in the morning and the map was perfectly clear, forcast sunny, it was raining at camp for 1/2 hour then cleared off!!
Camp is 50 miles from home, I went to do some work there Friday, it had just started to sleet at home, hit snow 15 miles north till 15 miles from camp, then back to sleet, I can only assume from the warmth of the lake? (Elevation rises all the way to camp) Snowed and sleeted the rest of the day, I loved it!! I just keep looking out the window at the lake and wish I could be on it, but have to wait for ice, none has formed yet. Ice fishing starts January 1st!!
