TWN is calling for up to 15 cm for Ottawa on Monday and 10mm of rain for Toronto for the same period. Previous models were timing this event for Tuesday. In light of the warm up loosing strenght as Brett as mentioned, this may still turn around and be a fast moving short but intense snow/wet snow event as cold air will quickly replace any warm air that managed to move north. At this time it looks more like rain for both Toronto and Ottawa but....
