The weather has been pretty nice here over the past few days with temperatures in the 40s and 50s. We have also had bright blue skies with no precipitation. The nice weather will be coming to an end tomorrow because of a cold front that will be sliding into the area. This will bring cloudy skies and periods of rain throughout the day. The Eagles game looks to be a little nasty at Lincoln Financial Field at 1pm. It looks like we have a 70-80% chance for rain tomorrow-tomorrow night.
As we swing into Monday, A warm front will be draped over the area bringing more chances for showers. Temperatures will be heading up into the mid 50s. The bus stop may be a little rainy in the afternoon so you may want to give the kids an umbrella.
Tuesday will still be a cloudy day with maybe some showers through the morning. Highs will be in the upper 50s. Rain should be done by Tuesday night with lows in the mid 30s.
Wednesday and Thursday look to be sunny with maybe some clouds around. Highs will be in the mid to upper 40s both days. Thursday night is when another system will slide in and that could bring some more rain.
Friday looks to have some leftover rain showers but it will be mainly cloudy with highs in the upper 40s.
Next weekend looks partly sunny with highs in the upper 30s (feeling more like December).
I'll keep you posted throughout the week about these rainy days but happy holidays and happy shopping until the next time we talk!

After the Philadelphia area received a beating from last night's strong thunderstorms, a much needed day to recover is here! Today was a pretty sunny day with temperatures in the mid 50s-low 60s this afternoon. There was also blue skies and some gusty winds.
TONIGHT (4/17) • A weak disturbance will be moving through the Lehigh valley causing an isolated/spotty shower (Mainly N&W of the city). Temperatures will be in the upper 40s.
MONDAY (4/18) • Mostly cloudy skies with temperatures in the upper 60s. There's also a chance for a spotty shower somewhere around the region.
TUESDAY (4/19) • There will still be mostly cloudy skies with temperatures in the upper 50s-low 60s. There's also about a 40% chance for rain throughout the day.
WEDNESDAY (4/20) • A cold front from the west will slide into the area producing some spotty showers (Even maybe a t'storm in the afternoon). Highs will be in the upper 70s-low 80s. We'll be watching for more thunderstorms Wednesday night throughout the Philly area.
THURSDAY (4/21) • Mostly sunny with highs in the mid 60s.
FRIDAY (4/22) • Mostly sunny skies with clouds increasing through the afternoon. Highs will be in the low 60s.

I have been looking into Accuweather.com's Silver radar plus program and I was wondering about something. If you pay yearly (NOT MONTHLY!) for the silver package (which is $6.66 a month), How do you cancel it if you don't want it after the year? Is there an email address or a phone number you have to call?

Philadelphia has some pretty good weather coming up this week besides two cold fronts coming through this coming Monday and Friday. Today we will be close to 90 degrees and tomorrow we could hit over 90 so get that sunscreen and lay near the pool! Monday night through Tuesday we will have a cold front push through bringing some showers and storms around the area. Tuesday storms could have the possibility of being strong but we'll see. Wednesday we should be back to mostly sunny conditions with a high again close to 90. Thursday we will be mostly sunny and in the mid 80s but another cold front comes Thursday night bringing more showers and storms for Thursday night, Friday, Friday night, and possibly even Saturday but Saturday should be mostly cloudy.
HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY WEEKEND!!

First I wasted forty dollars on Storm Prediator which would freeze on my computer all the time and was not good for when we had storms. I just bought after Christmas a program that is much better called Interwarn and Storm Lab. Interwarn is like your own Emergency Alert System that sends you alerts in your email if you set it up and also it has a scroller that comes up when you have an alert for your area. Storm Lab is a radar that you could zoom up to a cell, see what cells are rotating along with velocity, and winds. If you buy the supercharged Storm Lab, you can have the pathcast which shows the times when a storm will hit a city, a distance marker, and you can see temperatures, winds, and etc.
